We spent two nights here, and while the breakfast area was nice and clean, our room was disappointing with out-of-date decor and a broken TV. I will likely not return after this experience.

The double room was spacious and had a flat-screen TV, microwave, mini-fridge, and hairdryer. The indoor swimming pool was decent, though the area could use some maintenance. Staff were super accommodating and helpful. Breakfast had a variety with fruits and pastries available.

During our stay, we enjoyed visiting the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater, where my sons loved the music and vibrant atmosphere. The hotel was conveniently located close to shopping centers, which made it easy for us to explore and find meals.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel should improve its cleaning service for families with kids.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Indianapolis Northeast/Castleton. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, especially the breakfast crew who provided a delightful start to my day with their friendly banter and attentiveness.

nice stay but noisy hallway

The room had a fresh ambiance, which contributed to our comfort. The staff's friendliness made us feel welcomed during our stay.

The sound from the hallway occasionally disturbed our sleep.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing for a remote check-in after a delayed flight, and even showed us the stairs for easier access to our room. However, the hotel's design felt outdated, with worn carpets and limited TV channels that weren’t fixed during our stay. While the neighborhood seemed safe and the bed comfortable, the absence of refrigerators in rooms and poor coffee quality were disappointing.

My stay was delightful! The staff provided exceptional service, and my King Study Room offered both comfort and space to unwind. Don't miss the extended breakfast hours, perfect for leisurely mornings. For a great coffee fix, try the cafe nearby. I would definitely return!

Family with children will love it

The room we stayed in was quite nice, very roomy and clean. The staff was friendly especially when we arrived during the busy eclipse weekend.

It wasn’t the cheapest option, but still acceptable.
